Telephone service, Maharashtra, India - phone out of service for over one month

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on August 3, 2002:

BSNL – Maharashtra, Dear Sir My telephone, 504632 ( Karmala Village ) is comes under your Telephone Exchange and unfortunately out of service for almost more than 1 month.

I tried to registred complaint through your 198 – Faulse booking centre but to my surprise it gives me message that my Telephone is working fine and didn't registered any complaint. Can you please look into this matter and get rectified my telephone?

Note : This is 2nd time that my Telephone is out of service for more than 1 month (earlier it was in the month of March) Thanks
