Soulmatesworld Personals - trouble using service - no reply to e-mails from support services

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on August 3, 2002:

Soulmatesworld is a personals service. I have had nothing but trouble at the start.

I first purchased the Contact for free for 3 months. I thought that,"Contact for free for three months, meant that I could contact others for 3 months for free" for the specified fee.

Unfortunately it means that you pay and others can contact you for free. I purchased the 10 contact stamps. Now that I have made Initial contacts with two profiles.

The profiles can contact me, but I cannot contact them. Soulmatesworld who has a help email option on the website says they will handle problems in 48 hours or the next business day. I have sent 20 emails to their Support Services.

It has been about 5 days. The contacts that I contacted have written me to ask why I do not reply to them. I have no way to reply. Only if Soulmatesworld provides what they sold me can I meet my responsibility to my new friends. Thomas Little
