RE: Buy.com - received partial shipment - repeated attempts to reach Buy.com have been ignored I just wanted everyone to think twice, based on my experience, about doing business with BUY.COM. I recently placed an order with them, and only received a partial shipment. They charged my credit card for the items though. REPEATED attempts to reach them have gone ignored.
If you check their website, in my observation, they have made it difficult to contact them with any concern. James Jones
