We are having a pool built by Blue Haven Pools, WPB, Fla. It is 7 months now and we still are not swimming. We were told it would take about 3 months. My repeated phone calls never get returned. When I finally get to speak with someone it's just lip service or in my opinion, just one lie after another.
I've spoken to two General Managers as well as the office personal and the salesperson. After paying them 90% of the price of the pool and they said that they needed final payment and that is why they weren't showing up. We drove the check down that day.
We had always paid as soon as they requested, they never requested this payment. It's just one excuse after another with Blue Haven. They have caused damage to our house and fence. This company has no integrity, in my opinion.
