I registered my web page through this firm. They notified me that my registration was about to expire and that I owed then $35. for the next year. I attempted to transfer my registration to another, cheaper service. They then offered a renewal at $7.50. This, I refused.

They then registered me anyway, charging my credit card $34.99, ignoring my written transfer request. Contact with their "customer service" department was frustrating and useless. Be warned!
