RE: First Nationwide Mortgage - generally frustrated with service received

 

this company does not communicate with its customers, based on my experience.

 

they will not return a phone call or respond to written letters or email. they increase my mortgage payments without explanation.

 

they hit me with late charges while their own statements show they recieved the check on time .

 

they only respond when i contact the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. any advice ? thank you
