Non receipt of Telegraphic Money Order (T.M.O.), India

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on August 22, 2002:

RE: Non receipt of Telegraphic Money Order (T.M.O.), India I had send Rs500/-(Five hundred only) through Telegraphic Money Order (T.M.O.) My T.M.O. no is 1885

dated 01.11.1997 by SUB POST OFFICE, KALPAKKAM, CHENGALPATTU, DISTT.- KANCHEEPURAM (T.N.), PIN-603 102. That was payable to Mr. PRANAV, C/O- SRI B.K.SINGHA, FLAT No.-333, CO-OPERATIVE COLONY, BOKARO STEEL CITY, BOKARO (JHARKHAND), PIN-827 001.

But they couldn’t receive money as yet. Now he had already vacated that place.

I had given many complained and remainder letter to Post office. But I couldn’t get any reply or explanation except acknowledgement letter. The following complaints and remainder letter details

are

1. First complain letter given on 21.11.1997.

2. Second remainder letter given on 06.02.1998.

3. Third remainder letter given on June 1998.

4. Fourth remainder letter given on 27.09.1999.

5. Fifth remainder letter given on 14.06.2000.

6. Sixth remainder letter given on 19.09.2000. I have all details and receiving copy of letter with signature with POST MASTER SIGNATURE.
