RE: General Electric - GE iron exploded while in use, causing severe burn and blister I HAVE (HAD) A GENERAL ELECTRIC IRON (MODEL #SZ316BL).WHILE USING THE IRON IT EXPLODED IN MY HAND AND CAUSED A SEVERE BURN AND BLISTER. THE PART THAT EXPLODED WAS THE RUBBER SECTION ATTACHED THE CORD.

I HAVE A PICTURE OF THE BURN AND BLISTER WHICH I CAN SEND. I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THE IRON TO SHOW YOU THAT THIS WAS NOT NEGLECT ON MY PART AND GET A NEW ONE. TO WHOM SHOULD I SEND THE PICTURE AND IRON? CORDIALLY YOURS,
