AT&T MOBILE PHONE SERVICE

I was (tricked) into removing a feature I had been using for a year, resulting in a bill that was 570% higher than normal after the switch. When I approached customser service they were rude and sarcastic. I was told by a manager that the service representative helping me was one of the best and longest tenured employees, this after I informed the manager that the representative had told me she had not heard of the feature I had questioned on a bill which I later decided to remove, based on my conversations with this representative.

To top it off I asked the manager for the president or vice president of the company and she said that the information was not available. I asked her if she didnt know the presidents name and she asked me if I meant President Bush. Very nice touch! I would appreciate any help. Thank you very much Mark Thorsheim
