Liberty Travel Agency, Garden City, KS - Trip Mate travel insurance didn't honor policy - cancelled trip and received no compensation

Purchased trip cancellation insurance for a European Trip, through Liberty Travel Agency in Garden City. They gave us Trip Mate Plan Adm., never told us we had a choice or anything. A week later, we canceled due to a brand new illness, not a pre existing one.

TRIP MATE REFUSED TO REFUND OUR $500.00 DEPOSIT. Liberty Travel Agency in Garden City made aware of this, & they also refused to do anything about it. Be aware of what you are buying, and from who. Cannot trust ANYONE.
