Comcast Cable - $ 3 charge to pay bill using charge card

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on August 21, 2002:

RE: Comcast Cable - $ 3 charge to pay bill using charge card I recently filed a complaint about Comcast Cable charging a fee($3.00) to pay a bill via charge card.

I recieved a response that gave the Jurisdiction to the " Cable Administrator" I have yet to recieve an answer, there is no know web site to this agency, I have a phone #, that is always busy.

I will not rest until this issue is complete. Please advise
