To whom it may concern:

 

My husband and I just recently moved to Elk Grove CA. We have always had good service with Mc Donald's, until we moved to Elk Grove. On two different visits to Mc Donald's off of Elk Grove Blvd., we have had bad service. The first time we didn't get the meal we ordered, so I went inside to tell them and the lady made me wait in the line to get the right meal.

 

I was pretty upset considering they are the ones who messed up and then I had to wait behind two different families. Then today I ordered a meal and I asked them to supersize it. When I got to the window I noticed the meal wasn't supersized, so I told the lady and she told me that it would be 73 cents.

 

Which was fine. What made me upset is when the manager brought the supersized soda out to me and told me next time when I paid the 73 cents I would also get my fries supersized. I paid the 73 cents this time and it was there fault that they didn't supersize my meal.

 

I should have received what I paid for, the the fries and the soda. I felt this was wrong. When a customer asks for a supersized meal and the employee is the one who doesn't get the order correct the customer shouldn't have to leave without what they asked for. Especially when they paid for it.
