Dear Sir,

We had purchased an LG Airconditioner Window with remote 1.5 ton from Chennai, Shah and Shah co. at Mount Road, Chennai India on 4th May 2002. Its been a horrified experience with the services center and the dealer. We have not been given any services despite reminding number of times. The dealer had installed the AC from a local mechanic and we have been facing troubles since then.

 

There has been a very very poor response from LG service centers where they treat a consumer like an ignorant person. Mr. Paras Shah of Shah and Shah company behaved so badly that we have been pissed off now. We want to take the issue to the consumer court if this matteris not solved.

 

We have also purchased a LG Microwave and LG CD Writer thinking high of after sales service but what we get in return is miserable. The dealers do not pay attention to any services and do not respond also. Is this the treatment a consumer gets after patronising a

company like this. An annoyed customer

I also have had a bad experience regarding the Lg Phones. I purchsed a Lg Shine phone from Mobile store -Parrys in september - 2007. since the day i bought it their was malfuction regarding the out going calls. but i ignored the problem. about 15 days back it started switching off automatically. since i am aa business man I had lots of difficulties without the mobile.After a couple of trips to the Lg service station in kilpauk(SAVISU) still my mobile is not working properly. These service centers are pacca frauds

I sympathise with i had a similar bab experience with their(LG) service center golden electronics west mamabalam. they changed second IC on my tv set, and charged me for a new one and the worst part is my t koncked out withen a month and i had to replase the main Lot transformer.

BEware of LG service chennai. the product quality of LG is good but their service is third rate.
