EBAY IS A GREAT WEBSITE WHEN THINGS ARE GOING SMOOTH, BUT WHEN THINGS GET OUT OF HAND (AND THEY DO), based on my experience, DON'T EXPECT A FAIR SHAKE FROM EBAY!!!!! ANY EMAIL TO THEM WILL RESULT IN YOU RECEIVING A GENERIC EMAIL THAT SAVES THEM MONEY, AND WILL NOT HELP YOU!!! IT IS A JOKE!!

I HAVE HAD OVER 300 TRADES ON EBAY, SO YOU WILL RUN INTO A STRAY INCOMPETENT JERK!! I HAVE RAN INTO 3 OF THESE JERKS OVER THE COARSE OF MY STAY AT THIS WEBSITE!! THAT MEANS EBAY HAD JUST UNDER 300 TRADES FROM ME , WHERE THEY COULD ..... JUST SIT BACK AND COLLECT MY MONEY!!!

THAT MEANS EBAY WAS PAID BECAUSE ME, AND THE OTHER EBAYER MADE A PROPER TRADE WITH NO PROBLEMS!!! LET ME SHOW YOU WHAT I HAVE RAN INTO WHEN THINGS DON'T GO SO SMOOTH................ (SELLER) 1) TWICE I HAVE SOLD ITEMS ON EBAY WHERE BUYER DOES NOT PAY FOR AUCTION WON WHEN THEY WAS TREATED FAIR WITH PROPER EMAILS THAT INCLUDED MY INFO IN A TIMELY MANNER!!! (REMEMBER AT THIS POINT I HAVE PAID TO LIST AUCTION, AND NOW OWE A PERCENTAGE OF THE TOTAL THE AUCTION SOLD FOR) YOU ARE CHARGED UP FRONT!! EBAY IS PAID WHEN An AUCTION IS OVER, IF BUYER PAYS YOU OR NOT!!!! YOUR LEFT FIGHTING TO RECOUP MONEY FROM EBAY.

THE ONLY WAY YOU ARE GOING TO GET A PENNY OUT OF EBAY IS TO LIST THE BUYER HAS A NONPAYING BIDDER!!!!!!! (EBAY POLICY) EVERYBODY, BUT EBAY KNOWS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU LIST A EBAYER HAS A NONPAYING BIDDER!!!!!?? THE SELLER GETS NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FROM THE BUYER WHICH IN THE LONG RUN WILL ALSO COST YOU MONEY!!!! MOST EDUCATED BUYERS USE THE SELLER FEEDBACK AS A JUDGE TO BID!!! SO TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT.....

IF YOU LIST A AUCTION AND BUYER DOES NOT PAY..... EITHER YOU LOSE THE MONEY EBAY ALREADY CHARGED YOU TO LIST AND SELL, OR YOU LIST SELLER HAS A NONPAYING BIDDER, AND GET A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK (WHICH IS SLANDER) ASWELL AS LOSE FUTURE INCOME, BECAUSE THE BAD FEEDBACK HURTS YOUR REPUTATION!!! I SENT EBAY A EMAIL WITH MY CONCERNS, AND ONLY RECEIVED GENERIC EMAILS WITH VAGUE UNHELPFUL INFO.****** SO THE SELLER IS BETTER OF TAKING THE LOSE ON THE LISTING COST, AND COST OF THE SALE!!!******* THIS DOES TWO THING!!!

1) YOU NOW CANNOT WEED OUT NONPAYING BIDDERS. (SELLERS ARE AFRAID OF RETALIATION FEEDBACK)

2) EBAY MAKES MORE MONEY!!!! (SO REALLY EBAY MADE MONEY OFF A UNSOLD ITEM THAT MOST LIKELY WILL BE RELISTED) THIS IS CRAZINESS!!!!

NOT FAIR, OR LOGICAL!!!! NO OTHER COMPANY HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS!! THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL FOR EBAY TO BE THE NEATRAL PARTY, BECAUSE THERE BAD CUSTOMER SEVICE IN THE LONG RUN MAKES THEM MORE MONEY!!! I BELIEVE THE POLICIES ARE MADE TO ONLY HELP EBAYS POCKETS!!! THE SELLER, AND BUYER ARE UNHAPPY WITH THESE RULES!!! PS:IF YOU DONT PAY FOR A AUCTION... WAS THERE A TRASACTION.... THEREFORE HOW COULD A BUYER BE GIVING THE ABLITY TO LEAVE FEEDBACK WHEN HE IS A NONPAYING BIDDER? (BUYER) 2) I WON A AUCTION FOR A NASCAR CARD..... I EMAILED THIS GUY AT LEAST 3 TIMES BEFORE I BID, AND AT LEAST TWICE AFTER THE AUCTION!!!!!!!! NEVER ONCE A REPLY!!! THE GUY NEVER SENT ME IS INFO... NOTHING!!! SO AFTER TWO WEEKS I CONSIDERED THE DEAL DEAD!!! SO OUT OF NO WHERE I GET A EMAIL... "WHERE IS MY MONEY" I REPLY WITH I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED ON YOUR END, BUT I EMAILED YOU MANY TIMES WITH NO REPLY, AND I NO LOMGER FELT COMFORTABLE SENDING YOU MONEY WHEN YOU CANNOT COMPLETE A SIMPLE FUNCTIONS LIKE RETURNING EMAILS!! I WENT ON TO SAY.....

I WAS ALREADY TAKING A LEAP OF FAITH TO SEND A PERSON (I DONT KNOW) MONEY FOR A CARD (I HAVE NOT SEEN)!!!! SO HOW COULD I STILL TAKE THAT LEEP WHEN YOU HAVE SHOWN ME NOTHING BUT INCOMPETENTES!!! PLEASE RELIST THE CARD!! I HAD THOUGHT THERE WAS A EBAY POLICY THAT STATED SELLER MOST CONTACT BUYER WITHIN 3 DAYS OF AUCTION ENDING, BUT I LATER FOUND THAT THIS WAS JUST A GENTLEMANS AGREEMENT, AND HE WAS NO GENTLEMAN!! HE WENT ON TO SAY SORRY, BUT I WANT MY MONEY, AND IF YOU DONT SEND IT....

YOU WILL BE LISTED AS A NONPAYING BIDDER!!! AND LEFT ME NEGATIVE FEEDBACK!!!!?????!!!!!!! I NEVER REALIZED ONLY THE SELLER CAN RELEASE THE BUYER FROM THE CONTRACT REGARDLESS OF HOW THE SELLER TREATS THE BUYER!!! AND I GUESS THERE IS ANOTHER POLICY THAT STATES THE SELLER ONLY HAS TO LIST AUCTION, AND BUYER THAN MOST CHASE SELLER DOWN? WHAT A JOKE!!!!!! THE SELLER SHOULD HAVE TO CONTACT THE BUYER IN SOME FASHION WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME!!! SO IN A TWO WEEK

PERIOD I EMAILED HIM, BID, AND EMAILED HIM SOME MORE!!! WHAT DID HE DO???

NOTHING!!!! I FEEL I DID AS MUCH AS I COULD TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION GO THOUGH, BEFORE I LOST FAITH IN HIM AS A SELLER!!! IT WOULD BE LIKE GOING TO BEST BUY ,TO BUY A MOVIE, BUT YOU ARE IN LINE FOR TWO HOURS.....

AT WHAT POINT TO YOU SAY ...... THIS IS CRAZY AND CUT YOUR LOSES? I GUESS YOU HAVE TO TAKE A BEATING ON EBAY AND DO AS THEY SAY!! LIKE THEY ARE GOD!! I BUY, AND SELL, SO I KNOW FOR A FACT 99.9% OF ALL EBAYERS CONTACT EACH OTHER WITHIN 3 DAYS OF AUCTION ENDING!!!!!! THIS IS NOT A HARD THING TO DO!!!!! 80% OF US CONTACT EACH OTHER WITHIN 24 HOURS OF AUCTION ENDING!!!!! AS A CUTOMER I SHOULD HAVE RIGHTS!!!! WE PAY THE BILLS!!! HITLER IS DEAD!!!!!!! EBAY IS THE ONLY PLACE IN THE WORLD WHERE THE BUYER HAS NO RIGHTS!!!! PS: I AM ALSO GETTING A NONPAYING BIDDER CLAIM? WHAT A SCAM!! I WOULD LIKE TO SAY EBAY CAN BE A GREAT WEBSITE, BUT THE HANDS OFF APPROACH IS HURTING THEIR INTEGRITY!!! THERE IS WAY TO MANY HOLES IN THE POLICIES, AND SELLERS ASWELL AS BUYERS WILL TELL YOU SO!!!!!
