I would like to know exactly what's being done to correct vulgar and unwanted solicitations on your network. I've forwarded hundreds of these messages and the problem just keeps getting worse. Every two months you send me one of these canned messages (below) that means absolutely nothing! Can't you screen messages that contain subject words like "Penis enlargements"?? Are you afraid you'll offend one of your vulgar customers and lose their membership fee? Can't you detect mass mailings on your own network for subjects like "Viagra" or "Loans"? Why do you make it so easy for someone to obtain my account name through computerized trial and error methods? I've received, and forwarded, many solicitation messages to you that do not even have my Email address on their list? Why am I receiving these messages if my address is not listed? What are you actually doing to prevent these unwanted solicitations?? Why isn't your process working?? There is a person in the AOL Chatroom "From the Left 5" with screen name 'Obamas Room 10' who persists in disrupting the entire room. The latest ploy this person does, is continues to load up available typing space with 'smileyface icons' which causes the AOL software to go into a 'not responding' mode. This necessitates a reboot. This is NOT the 1st time this person has done this-- it has been under varios screen names in the past. PLease correct this situation. Thank you.
