Natural Certified Solutions - Quick Bust - 100% refund offer not honored - product didn't work

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on August 19, 2002:

Natural Certified Solutions (N.C.S.) distributed Quick Bust, a breast enhancer, with a guarantee of 100% refund if the product does not work. They claimed that directions for the guarantee was not followed since they recommend 3 capsules per day.

On the bottles, and on documentation, it states that no more than 9 capsules should be taken per day. I spent $165 on a product that did not work and this NCS organization will not refund my money. The only way to contact them is by email (Email User), on the internet at http://www.all-natural-breast.com, and at least one PO Box address: N.C.S. P. O. Box 15038, Loves Park IL. 61132-5038. It is very difficult, if not impossible, to get a refund. In my opinion, no one should buy from this organization, since, based on my experience, they do not honor their guarantee and many people are sucked in to this type of arrangement, especially on the web, because of guarantees such as this. In my opinion, this company is fraudulent and should be dealt with seriously. Consumers are advised not to purchase products from this company. Consumer protection against this type of organization should be enforced with strict penalties. Concerned Consumer

Well, I only take 1-2 per day (if i remamber) and it did work for my body. I think it's only works for some people but not all body type. I was 34B now I'm 36B. I'm not good at takeing pills what so ever but it did work for me. sorry to here that it did not work for you. I think I pay $60 + shipping around Feb-2007 and I still have one bottle laft as of today 10-10-2007
