I have a compliant with EDIETS.Com I signed up for an introductory offer of 1 week for 5.00. 5/30/2002 The intro offer was to be another 9 weeks at 40.00, if not canceled within the first week. I remember definitely canceling by email , after the 2nd day and only wanting to see the first week..

I did not think about it again , until it was billed to my credit card... I called Ediets and the woman was very rude and nasty.. She stated in forms that I used profanity at her. I did not. I did raise my voice and was very upset at this scam, and how they went about this business.

She said I did not cancel until the 8th day.. I know it was the 2nd day... Now when I call they say that I never canceled period... I know I canceled and they are not budging... I wonder if others have had this problem...... I just retested their email system and when you leave an email it does not send you a copy.....
