RE: Network Services - TSR Wireless - tried to suspend service - receiving prorated bills with late fees - ongoing billing problems This is another complaint about the billing practices of Network Services. They claim to be responsive to email and phone messages, but, in my experience, they will find a way to overbill and collect hidden charges.
They are pricey, and tough to get through to. I opted to suspend my service, and left a message.
They claim to have not gotten it, and started sending prorated bills with late fees. Customer Service reps talk around the issues. Find another carrier. Warren Landesberg
