To the public,
My phone was purchased from QVC in 2000. Upon arrival, the phone number assigned did not work.
The phone had to be reprogrammed and a new replacement battery had to be forwarded to me. Service representatives were impossible when air time purchasing was necessary.
Two different phone numbers and serial numbers were assigned and neither one could be found by the company. But yet. my credit card was debit for air time minutes. Now the company is in bankruptcy along with my $130.00 additional airtime purchase and I have a phone that is absolutely useless. This company is a disgrace.
