Complaints.com received the following consumer message on August 16, 2002:

This complaint is in regards to a bus that was to leave Thunder Bay today (Aug 16th) at 9am heading east and at 11am had still not gotten on the road.

The depot was extremely congested and there was no place for my 80 year old mother to sit without losing her place in line.

It is unbelievable that this being a Fri during what I would assume is peak traveling time (summer holidays) that there wasn't better contingency plans for when buses are full /&or have mechanical problems.

Common curtesy would have been to at least let the passengers know what was happening.

I would hope that by sending this comp;aint Greyhound will do more to improvve their customer service asa[.
