First Capitol Consumers - paid $ 219 for credit card not received

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on August 14, 2002:

I too was scammed by First Capitol Consumers for $219.00 out of my checking account. They withdrew funds from my account on June 12,2002.

I recieved an activation package for a stored Master Card on 8/14/02. I am outraged by this scam that they are running. I am determined to get my money back.

I will persue this matter to the bitter end. If there is any advice that you could give me to help in my quest of fighting these rip-off artists, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
