1. No Parking Attendants were on-staff to direct us where to park
2. We saw two signs that posted how long the wait would be for the ride - the rest of the attractions did not have signs (and they had very long lines)
3. The wait for Tomb Raider was over an hour long, but could have been MUCH shorter - the ride attendents were not filling every seat, some of the rows were half full! We also placed our loose items in a box that the ride attendents provided before we got on the ride. After the ride, the attendent KICKED the box outside the exit and left.
4. NONE of the park staff enforced the "No-Smoking-in-line" rule. We were forced to breathe cigarette smoke in nearly every ride we went on.
5. There was some sort of emergency (medics were on-scene)at one of the rides but no staff member came out to tell us how long the wait would be or if the ride was going to be shut down.
6. Everywhere we looked we saw trash and debris, we picked some of it up since no one else seemed to be doing it.
7. We were given a Saturn bag at the park entrance and put some items in it. Unfortunetly, it got lost, I contacted Lost and Found on 8/12, the manager (a woman), said any Saturn bags that were brought in were thrown out. On the good side - the show "Graveyard Shift" was very entertaining. Kings Island commercials state "There's No Better Time" - based on our experience, I have to disagree. -Robin Haley
