RE: Urgent Media, Austin, TX - paid for music CD - never received shipment

On the first of June I ordered a CD from a company called Urgent Media, which is a Christian record label located in Austin TX. Within 24 hours I had received an e-mail invoice with assurance that the CD would be mailed out promptly. Over a month went by with no sign of the CD. I e-mailed and called their office numerous times, with no answer. Finally, after more than a month, I receive an e-mail from their customer service dept, apologizing for the delay, attributing the problem to "issues in the online shipping area".

I was told that the CD would be shipped out that week and they would include a bonus CD to make up for the inconvenience. It has now been another month and a half since I placed my order, Subsequent e-mails and phone calls have again gone ignored, and still no sign of the product I ordered. Christian music buyers beware; your money is best spent elsewhere. Urgent Media obviously cares VERY little about their customers.
