Shop NBC TV shopping channel - returned 4 items of jewelry - reported to credit agency for money not owed

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on August 12, 2002:

I have been a customer of shop NBC (a TV shopping channel owned by NBC). I returned 4 items of jewelry almost I month ago and have still not had a refund ( over 2000.00) and now they have reported me to a credit agency for monies I do not owe.

I have contacted them numerous times, I have called the President of the company, the Credit manager with no results.

Stay away from shop NBC, in my opinion. Only use qvc or hsn these are both very reputable companies.
