I bought my dell computer on 4/4/01. I set it up myself and had to wait several months until ntl would let me be connected to the web and e-mail as it did not support millennium. When I did get connected, so many problems arose and I was on to the Dell technicians for hours at a time.
I always followed their instructions. Eventually one problem caused me to lose all my files and I had to have it reinstalled. This happened again and eventually I now pay for home computer support. I have since had many glitches and the person who supports me says I have been very unfortunate and says there must have been a fault in the product from shipment.
