AOL games - had over 190,000 tokens - all tokens vanished today

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on August 11, 2002:

My name is Paula McFadden, I`m not sure I have the right address, but this is the one I got from aol, so I`m giving it a try. Concerning aol games. I had over 190,000 tokens, I play the games quite often, and all of a sudden, I log on today and ALL OF MY TOKEN`S have vanished!!!!!

I can`t play any of the game`s and I would appreciate the problem being fixed and I do want ALL of my token`s back. Or else I will CANCEL my AOL account. Please reply at the earliest.
