Ab Energizer - paid for, and never received ab energizer - no reply by company

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on August 10, 2002:

RE: Ab Energizer - paid for, and never received ab energizer - no reply by company

My name is Herman Smith. I ordered a abenergizer system in Feb. 2002, I still have not received it. I contacted the Better Business Bureau in an attempt to get my product or my money back. Abenergizer has not responded to them either. I feel that the company Electronic Product Dist. LLC has developed this as a large scale scam, in order to get our money.

I just wish there was a way to do a nation wide lawsuit against this company. If anybody has an idea how please share it, I know several people that would join in the suit.

I will be contacting all the local news networks and papers in my area as to the scam that Abenergizer is doing. I encourage the rest of you to do the same. Maybe we can get this done nationwide.
