RE: The Firm - Body Sculpting Kit - G.T. Direct - didn't receive shipment - upset with customer service Another complaint about G.T. Direct, for the Firm. I ordered for the first time March 17. I got the Fanny Lifter, then the vitamins, but never the tapes. Since then, I have been told 3 more times that new kits had been sent. I have never received anything but more charges. Every time I call, I get told something else.

 

My order has been shipped, no order has been shipped. Credits have been processed, no credits have been processed. I am now owed $157.65 that I am supposed to have back in September. Meanwhile, I have had to take a cash advance at 15% interest to cover checks that were written and returned because of the money that you took from me. I can order from Collage Video and have my items in 2-3 days - SNAIL MAIL. I ordered another product from an infomercial, was given a UPS tracking number and had the items in 2 weeks. G.T. Direct is the poorest excuse for customer satisfaction that I have ever seen. I have gone from loving the Firm videos - bought on my own over the years - to not even being able to look at the infomercial from disgust. As much as I love the product, I will never order anything from the Firm again. Check this website, Anna & Cynthia Benson, you are losing a lot of customers.
