_____________________ Dear sirs:

I have had some parts on order for my Honda Recon for over six weeks. The dealership

(Cycle Center of Denton - Texas) has been totally unsympathetic and helpless in resolving this matter. I asked them if it would have taken them this long had I let them perform the repairs and they said there was nothing they could do either to get the parts in more quickly. This incident will certainly be a factor in my decision to purchase anything from Honda motorcycles in the future.
