RE: sprint hands free accessory

Dear Customer Service:

I am completely dissatisfied with the handling of my problem. I

purchased a hands free accessory on July 17, 2001 at the Sprint PCS

store #840, 1709 Post Oak Blvd., Houston, Texas. On July 18th I tried

to accessory in my car and it didn't work; however, it did work in the

store. I called 18002114727 and stated my dilemma and the customer

service representative and he stated that a repair technician should be

able to step outside the store door and see what I am not doing

correctly.

I drove 90 miles to Houston, (180 miles round trip) the

closest store in my area on August 5th. The manager, Darnecia Barrett,

would not allow the repair techician to check the system in my car. The

gentleman was willing, but she refused for safety reasons. Had I known

prior to purchasing the item that I would encounter this problem, not

only would I have not purchased the accessory, but I would have not

purchased the contract nor recommended Sprint to a friend. A very unhappy and disillusioned customer that cannot use the hands free

accessory,

Brenda Reynolds
