I subscribe as a cellular customer since Feb 2000 I moved from the US to Europe in July 2000, but I keep my suscription for use when I am in the US Sprint PCS refuses to change my address for billing purposes. My mail is sent on to me at my expense and takes several weeks to arrive -- so the bill is always overdue I have written the new address on the bill as I pay every month for 10 times now. I have phoned and spent a half hour waiting on line from France to speak to a representative and be told that they cannot change to an address outside the US I have gone online but their website will not accept the new address It will not accept a credit card and an address that don't match. I sent a registered letter to the President with no response There is no email address on their website. I hate Sprint PCS, but I am keeping the number because my US contacts have it Denise Silber
