Automotive Dealers, Honda - Buddy Hutchinson Imports, St. Augustine, FL poor service and deception

I want to make everyone aware of Buddy Hutchinson Imports Inc. of St Augustine, Fl.

I bought a used 2000 Honda Civic about 2-3 months ago. The horn doesn't work (I just found that out)and they promised me some touch-up paint and make a repair to a very small dent. (They never did what was promised)

I took the car to them yesterday 8/1/2001 because the horn didn't work and check on the status of the other promises.

I left the car at the dealer and several hours later they called and said the car was finished. (I had the tires rotated and balanced at my expense.)They were suppose to fix the horn. I pull out of the service dept. lot and noticed that the horn was not fixed.

I go back to the dealer and they said the horn is not a Honda horn and they will not fix it! (They didn't even tell me that did did not repair the horn when I picked up the vehicle) I told them I bought the car in good faith and how did I know that the horn was not a factory item.

The manager said it is not a Honda horn so it is not up to them to make the repair. I told him I just purchased the Honda and was deceived. He said we will see!!!!!!

Once you purchase the car from them they forget who you are and were rather rude and indifferent and actually ignored you.

Any suggestions? I am new to Fla. and it is a different world here when it comes to business.
