RE: Complaint about Crystal Dear Sir,

 

We possess an Amana refrigerator here in Israel. The agent and importer is the

Crystal company which is also supposed to provide guarantee and service. Our

refrigerator is still within guarantee and some rost stains appeared few months

ago on the door. We think we are entitled to get a new door, but Crystal wants

us to pay for it. They offered a 15% reduction in the cost of the work involved in

changing the door.

 

Also, a drawer was broken and we are waiting weeks because

they say they don't have in stock. We encounter denies and delays whenever we

try to speak with them on the phone and they are far from being polite. Crystal

does not provide an appropriate customer service. Your help and interference

will be appreciated.
