Dear complaints.com I wrote to you several months ago concerning telewest communications (uk)

and their apparant inability to deal with ongoing tv e-mail problems. Well

here's an update. First of all I now have a new problem called 6808-2

which occurs after I have written e-mail's sometimes (hopefully not after

this one) and stops the mail being sent. Secondly, I am still receiving 6050 as I

reported before, Thirdly The service was

broke down due to a screen freezing for 2 1/2 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!! before

being dealt with, fourthly they gave me one of their representatives who

said he would look into the problems and he's tried hard but got nothing

done. fifthly I have just rang them to re-action my 30 days notice and

sixthly im taking this to the local press. yours sincerely Richard Clarke
