My complaint concerns the treatment that my family received as we were signing in for dentist care. The dentist, Charles Williams of Grays on Dental Associates in Loganville, Georgia was extremely rude and inconsiderate. While I was trying to explain a misunderstanding about the time of the appointment which caused us to be 35 minutes late, he was shouting me down not allowing me to finish my explanation.
He then refused treatment to any of my family. This kind of dentist makes his DMO patients wait six months for an appointment just so he can collect the monthly fee from the insurance company during this time. And since they are not getting the fee that they think they should get they don't care if the patient ever makes an appointment.
