Last week they charged me for a 2nd account! I never signed-up for a second account! They used a credit card number I never gave them! Where did they get my credit card number? From my previous ISP. Earthlink bought them out last spring and got ahold of their credit card records. So now I am being billed for a second account that I've never used, I've never asked for, and which I certainly don't want. They can't resolve the problem online.
