This is the absolute worst etailer I have dealt with in my life. Its kind of a long story about the order process so I apologize. I ordered an extremely cheap monitor from this company, and there was a good reason why it was so cheap. After calling them twice after a long delay, they said it would take an additional two weeks to arrive added to the initial week. I then cancelled. 1 Month later the monitor arrived. I refused the order and sent it back. I called them, and they said the refund would be issued accordingly. 1 month later no refund on my statement. I called, they said It just takes time. 1 week later nothing happened.

I called, they said one more weekend. After the weekend, I called approx 6-7 more times over the next two months, with each time producing different excuses, one was actually that they didn't have my cc # (this was 2 months AFTER THE INITIAL refund request). Luckily, I was covered by visa's refund policy, so it took a total of 4 months to officially get my money back for something that I cancelled.
