Automotive, Ford F 350 diesel ext cab Lou Grubb Ford, Scottsdale, AZ hasn't fixed problems with truck

Dear Sir, Ms: I am the proud owner (ha-ha) of a $40,000.00 piece of junk, which I purchased from Lou Grubb Ford, Scottsdale AZ. This dealer had this truck in-shop for 2 weeks and done almost nothing to fix the problems, which are #1 NO POWER, TURBO NOISE, IMPROPER SHIFTING WHEN PULLING A LOAD UP and DWON every 100 YARDS, BAD JERK SHIFTING, #3 WET CARPET ON DRIVER SIDE when it rains 15 minutes, #4 DURT_DUST in CAB when on a dirt road (so bad, you can't breathe) HOLES IN SHEETMETAL BAD SEAMS!!!! #5 REAR TIRES WORN OUT at 20,000 because of grabbing POSI_TRACTION (front tires 1/3 TREAD) AIR FILTER DESIGN is TOO SMALL for that SIZE ENGINE. I believe this truck to be a LEMON, and without any reservations.

I think it's time to see an attorney!!! I have had several heated conversions with Lou Grubb Ford, with NO results, 135 Miles each way to try to get it fixed (which wasn't done) and they didn't buy no fuel, yet i had to fill that unsafe junk LOANER up before I returned it. Lou Grubb and Ford Motor Company are THIEVES!!!! Incidently a "92" Dodge with a 6 cylinder Cunnins diesel will out pull this Ford SICKIE !!!!!!!!! Leonard, Email User
