Poor Service and Bad Attitudes

Date: Tuesday, August 14, 2001 07:39 PM On saturday mornings I normally stop in at McDonald's on 196 West in Hinesville, Ga for a sandwich or breakfast. For the past month or so, service has been terrible (no one in a hurry)and the attitudes are bad (act as if they could care less about anything, no smiles, no good morning, or have a nice day)!!

I was in the drive thru one saturday morning and overheard an employee and shift leader cursing each other; at that point I decided to write this letter and let someone know that there is a real management problem at this establishment. Please, some one check this out; I would hate to see a child subjected to this kind of behavior!!!!!!!!!
