Detroit, MI 48265 Dear Mr. Wagoner, I hope you can help me. I have a complaint I'd like to register with you about the exterior design of a car made by General Motors Corporation. The VIN (vehicle identification number) is 1gnek13t21r193204. Just bought a 2001 z71 Tahoe ( black )on 05/16/01 and only having it 3 to 5 weeks I had found that the paint has a problem with it. It problem looks like it has water spotting on it, but it is not water spotting. For I have taken to outside body and paint shop and they have told me there is something wrong with the clear coating on this z71 Tahoe. So I have taken to the dearler that I had bought it from 3 times to have it fixed under warranty. They have not been able to fix the paint on my Tahoe. The last time I had taken it to them, they sent to an other dearler for them to do a color wet sand and puff on it. When they call me up to pick up my Tahoe on 08/10/01, I went in to get it and looked it over and it is looking like shit now. It is worse now than when I had taken it to them the first time. The Tahoe has many scrachs all over it and the paint is burned in many places as well with mikie white spots on it. The paint still has the same spotting on it as it did when I took it in the first time under warranty. The vin.# 1gnek13t21r193204

Just so you know this, I had tradied in a 2000 3/4 ton Chev. 4 door in on this new z71 Tahoe. As a result of this, I don't know whether I will ever buy a car from you in the future, and I don't know whether I can recommend your cars to people I know now. Here's what I would like to see you do to provide resolution: After having the dearler do what they did 3 ( three ) times and not being able to fix my z71 Tahoe, It is time for GM to buy my Trahoe back from me and do the right thing by satisfying me in giving me an other z71 Tahoe in black the same as I had bought.

Is it not the Customer Satisfaction that General Motors was built on. The Customer..... Just give me a new z71 Tahoe in black with the same options on it and I will be back to buy more in the years to come. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
