Restaurants, Burger King, Lakeland, FL rude service at drive thru

Complaints.com received the following e-message on August 12, 2001:

RE:Restaurants, Burger King, Bartow Rd., Lakeland, FL

I sent my fiancee to Burger King on Bartow Road in Lakeland a couple of weeks

ago and he went through the drive thru there was a very rude girl working

there, he asked her about his free fries and she was very rude with him

saying you better go to another damn store and closed the window on him.

When she came back because he was still sitting there she opens the window

and says what do you need now he told her he needed extra ketchup, she says I

already put some in there he then asked to speak to her manager and she

slammed the window and never came back to the window.

Because of the amount of people behind him he did not wait for the manager he did not want to go in

because he would have lost his temper. I would appreciate it if you could

send this email to the managers and let them know how rude there employees

are. Thank you very much
