Hello.

I want to make it public what a disservice ezrentlist.com provides. There employees lied to me about how many listings were available before I paid -- upon paying, there were not even 3 listings when I was promised 50!!!! When I called to get a refund their refund manager told me he did not believe me because I had not written the name of the person down and that he would not give me my money and then his manager, after interrupting me and refusing to believe me said, "lets act like rational adults."

I just felt like saying "lets pretend we know how to provide customer service." The fact of the matter is, I was calm and collected and they simply wanted to keep the money regardless of the fact that only disservice was provided -- I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST IT FOR ANYONE ELSE. I know there must be better rental services out there!!!
