RE: Time Magazine
Gentlemen ! This is a complaint about very inexplicable behavior on the part of Time Magazine toward fully paid up subscriber to their magazine. Having subscribed to Time Magazine for the years 2000, 2001 & up to July 2002 makes their behavior toward me even more inexplicable & I really feel shamed by them, forcing me to try this way to get a response from them.. On the 21/07/?2001, I had a very unpleasant experience. While browsing at one of their sites on the web, while trying to read an article available only to subscribers to Time Magazine, their machine refused me access to that article on the grounds that it is unable to locate my name & customer number in their archives. On the spot I availed myself to the online contact possibility, citing the relevant facts. The same day their machine fired of an answer that assigned me a tracking number & saying that their system will endeavor to return with an answer within a few business days. The tracking number assigned me was [T2001072100GA. I answered immediately complaining that as a long standing subscriber I expected speedier service. All this happened mind you, on the 21/07/2001. On the 31/07/01, I sent an e-mail to Times Magazine customer service. To this day, after three weeks since the above occurrence, I've still not heard from any of Time Magazine's employees. To day, before writing this letter to you, I entered Time Magazine's site with the same results. This time I took some screen shots of the occurrence which I attach to this letter to show you what I'm talking about. Please be so kind & contact Time Magazine for me & ask them to respond to my letters. Perhaps, coming from you, such a request will wake them up from their lethargy. All my letters to Time Magazine are included as attachments to my latest letter to them, which I also include as an attachment to this letter. Thanking you in advance. Respectfully.
