The night before we were suppose to receive it, we received a confirmation of delivery. The next morning, we were told that the bed was no where to be found and since it was a clearance item we could not do anything about it. It couldn't even be replaced. We went to the store later that day and they said we could look around for something else (all beds were more than the price we purchased the original bed for).

This definitely a case of bait and switch. How do you lose a queen size bed in less than 12 hours? We asked for our money back (we put down $200 out of the $950)and they said since we wrote a check for it, they could not cut a check for us until August 20. They didn't mind depositing my money as soon as they could. Stay away from Haynes.
