I purchased a love seat and recliner from Ashley furniture on 06/02/01. They stated the delivery time would be 4-6 weeks. On July 5th I still have not received my furniture so I called them to find out the status on it. At this time the warehouse had no idea where my order was or when I could expect it. They said it should be here in another 2 weeks but, that was not a guarantee. At this time I decided to cancel my order because it was taking to long to get.
On July 9th I called again to ensure they had credited my credit card and was going to send me a check for the part I paid cash for. They said they cut checks every other week and they would have it cut on July 13th and mailed the following day. It is now July 31st, I still have not received my money refunded or my furniture. They said they are very busy and they will get to it tomorrow. I am unsuccessful everytime I call in speaking to a supervisor or manager. They never return calls. This is the worst place I have ever had to deal with.
