RE: TMI Products, Corona, CA - auto carpet kit did not fit - kit had design change - after 3 months of calls, TMI finally agreed to take responsibility for the mistake
After receiving a carpet kit from a supplier I discovered that the kit had a design change. As a result of this change the carpet did not fit. For a period of three months the manufacturer has not acknowledged the mistake and has failed to accept responability for the mistake. After many calls the supplier stepped up and credited the account.
