I just received a BP-Amoco credit card from First USA Bank. I called the activation number from my home telephone and punched in my credit card number, only to be told that the card could not be activated at this time because I was not calling from my home telephone.

 

What in the world is going on??? Thanks, First USA, for saddling me with a useless piece of plastic! -- J. Greene
