Dear Sir or Madam:

The following complaint was posted last year by someone else. I have been having the same problems. Only, in my case, they promised all of this to mee for a 99.00 lifetime membership. Additionally, I had paid WHF in advance for 2 YEARS of domain registration; now a year later, they are telling me the domain will expire if I don't renew. ALl of the advanced features (like the mySQL, Telnet, etc. - see list below) have never materialized. Support is close to nonexistent. Their support website has been "down for maintenence" since late March. The 800 number I found in the whois lookup of the domain name webhostingfactory.com has been disconnected.
