In March of 2000 I purchased a diamond ring from Kay jewelers in the Beaver Valley Mall In Monaca Pa since than my diamond has cracked.

I called the store where I purchased the ring and the sales person said they would get back to me, that was a week ago. I also at the same time E-mailed there corp. office and no one has returned either my call or my E-mail they just don't care . Please can anyone help?
