Email User RE: PLANETFEEDBACK REFERENCE NUMBER 2003300 To Whom It May Concern: ATTENTION: LEE SWANSON, PRESIDENT Mr. Swanson,since I have already written you two letters and several e-mails, and you have ignored me completely, I am writing this primarily to post it on the web to show others the kind of company you run. As I stated before, you have no "customer service" whatsoever. Will not go into great detail as I have done that already. Several months ago, tried to get customer service on order. After three days e-mailed again and was told it had only been three days and I was in-patient. Later received an order and diections on product were different than shown on your web-site. Again e-mailed your so called customer service. After three days, no answer, e-mailed back and said I no longer wanted to be a customer. Received another e-mail again telling me it had only been three days and I was being in-patient. Stated in my e-mails that I no longer wanted be a customer and to removed my name and address from all your mailings. I do not want to do business with a company that has NO customer service. The catalogs are still coming. I have e-mailed back a couple of times and am told each time that my name has been removed. Received another catalog yesterday. This has been going on for over a month. Want to again warn potential customers that Swanson seems like a good company and they will mail your products out and prices are ok, but do not ever expect to get customer service. They just will not give any. Also I placed an order several months ago and after a week, had heard nothing and upon inquiring, was told my credit card did not go through. I had mistakenly put the wrong expiration on it. For well over a week, no one contacted me about this, even though they had my mailing address, phone number and my e-mail address. Everyone just sat back and did nothing. There are other companies that provide very good service and will give you customer service if you need it. This company will not. They will not even stop sending me their catalogs even though I have requested several times and as I said I have written Lee Swanson two times and both ignored. What can you expect from employees when the owner and president does not care? Suggest any prospective customers try out their customer service e-mail before ordering and see if they respond. Frankly, I guess I'm not surprised by this latest problem because I've been very dissatisfied in the past. I definitely won't be a repeat customer of yours, and I definitely won't recommend you to people I know. Here's what I think Swanson Vitamins should do: The only I personally want from Swanson is to stop the unwanted catalogs. I will not ever buy from Swanson again, so why waste your time and postage sending your junk that I do not want and asked over and over again for you to stop. Since you have ignored me thus far, I suppose this will go unswered and ignored also. Hopefully someone else that reads these postings will be warned before they get mixed up with such an incompetent company where the president and owner and employees couldn't care less. As stated, I do not expect a response from this either. If the catalogs continue I will file complaints with Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection. I DO NOT WANT TO CONTINUE RECEIVING YOUR CATALOGS. Sincerely,

this person probably needs something besides vitamins to solve his problems. I've never had a problem with swanson's service. Besides, what makes him think that the president of a large company is personally going to deal with small customer complains like the one he described. Get a grip buddy.The prices are very good and they have a huge selection.
